We are dedicated to delivering uncompromising, high-quality pieces, and we make every effort to display the colors and precise details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are perfectly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and processing times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, R&S Clothing & Accessories is not liable for any delays caused by external logistics factors, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your exact fit. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Certain goods, such as intimate wear or heavily discounted final-sale items, may be exempt from being returned.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
