Our shipping policy is designed to be as transparent and reliable as the apparel we create. Here is everything you need to know about how your gear gets from our warehouse to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Every piece of R&S apparel goes through a rigorous quality check before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our exact standards.

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, and another notification the moment it ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with top-tier courier services across India to ensure your order arrives safely. We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days after processing (available for select pin codes).

Please note: Delivery to remote or non-metro locations may take an additional 2-3 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is handed over to our delivery partners, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. You can monitor your shipment's journey from our reality to yours in real-time.

4. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive for perfect execution, we know that occasional delays can happen due to severe weather, public holidays, or unexpected logistical disruptions.

  • Missed Deliveries: Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking link shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
